Submitting an "Order Request" through this website is an inquiry for availability and pricing, it does not constitute a completed purchase, charge, or binding contract. No payment is collected or authorized at this stage. A sale is only finalized, and a binding contract formed, once a team member has confirmed order details, final pricing, and payment with you directly. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order request before that point, including in cases of a listed price being a typographical error.
Prices listed are estimates and subject to change until confirmed by a sales representative. Final pricing, taxes, and shipping costs will be confirmed before payment is taken.
VoltReserve is an independent reseller of EcoFlow products and is not owned, operated by, or an official subsidiary of EcoFlow Inc. Product names, logos, and trademarks (EcoFlow, RIVER, DELTA, TRAIL, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here strictly for identification purposes. Every unit we sell is genuine, factory-new hardware carrying the standard manufacturer warranty.
Payment is arranged directly with your sales contact after order confirmation. We accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime, PayPal, and Revolut. We do not store payment card information on this website.
We currently accept orders from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. By placing an international order, you confirm you are responsible for complying with your country's import regulations for lithium battery products, including any permits, restrictions, or additional documentation your country may require. VoltReserve is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or denials resulting from destination-country import restrictions.
Our role covers order consultation, payment coordination, and getting your order shipped and delivered. Once your unit ships, its physical performance, battery safety, and internal hardware are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we are not liable for damages resulting from product misuse, improper wiring, or a hardware defect outside of the return/warranty windows described in our Shipping, Returns & Warranty policy. Power sizing recommendations from our calculator or team are estimates based on the appliance information you provide, actual runtime can vary with surge draws, temperature, and other factors outside our control.
