When you submit an order request, use our power sizing calculator, or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, country, delivery address, appliance/power usage details you enter for sizing help, and any notes you include.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember items in your order list while you shop. This data stays on your device and is cleared once your order is submitted.
Order requests are sent via our live chat, powered by Smartsupp, and subject to Smartsupp's own privacy policy. Payment, once arranged, may be processed through a third-party payment provider subject to their terms.
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We retain order information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of having it used for marketing. We don't sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front, but you can still request access or deletion any time by emailing us.
